Two Decades of Leadership
Led by Principals Eric Derector, Patrick Fitzpatrick and Pat Higgins, Quest is poised to continue to expand its footprint. Derector has over 20 years of experience in both the real estate and construction industry and has successfully completed more over two million square feet of new construction, tenant modernization work and commercial office fitouts. Fitzpatrick has more than 25 years of construction experience and has completed more than two million square feet of core and shell work, interior fitouts and commercial upgrades. In 2018, Higgins joined the team as Principal and Director of Operations as an industry veteran with over 25 years of construction and operational experience managing and delivering projects for some of New York’s most notable financial institutions, law firms, brokerage houses, developers and landlords.

With more than 60 years of collective industry experience, the executive team at Quest Builders Group has created a trailblazing corporation with offices now in New York, Florida, California, and Connecticut, with additional certifications in Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington and Washington, D.C. As the firm grows its national presence, it continues to deliver a range of successful projects, such as for AOL Build, the Metropolitan Club, Verizon Media, the Ace Hotel, the Marriott Essex House, Transwestern, Durst, Santander, SuperDry, Burlington, 25 Central Park West, the Kennedy School and the John Dory Oyster Bar.
