Quest builders group moves to new midtown Manhattan location as business continues expansion
Quest Builders Group (Quest), a national general contractor and construction manager, is excited to announce that the firm has moved its New York headquarters and corporate office to 49 West 45th Street in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
Moving from 242 West 30th Street, QBG’s new location gives the firm a strategic location to continue to scale its operations as it delivers on a growing pipeline of commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail and dining projects in the Tri-State Area, Florida and the West Coast.

Built in 1922, the newly renovated 49 West 45th Street sits in close proximity to Bryant Park and Grand Central, as well as a range of transportation options for QBG’s growing team across the New York metro area.
