The Fine Living Group at eXp expands team to California : Jon Lahey’s award winning national team continues rapid growth in San Diego
The Fine Living Group at eXp, a top performing real estate team with a focus on changing lives and making a difference, announced that three Realtors® from Windermere Homes & Estates in San Diego have joined their growing team, led by Jon Lahey. This includes Rhonda Hebert, who has been serving home buyers and sellers in Southern California with a focus on Coastal and North County, San Diego.
“We are thrilled to welcome these highly respected Realtors™ to The Fine Living Group at eXp because they understand how our philosophy can be applied in any market to amplify the customer experience and help them succeed,” said Jon Lahey, CEO and Team Leader. “We continue to expand our presence to other states and are proud to now have a group in this promising area. We will continue to build upon our past successes adding value to our ever-expanding national team.”
Rhonda is a Certified Home Selling and Buying Expert Advisor with over 18 years of experience helping clients purchase and sell homes all over Coastal San Diego. She manages the day-to-day operations of her team. Her team’s priority is providing superior service to their clients in a professional and stress-free environment. They have received the 5-star service award, Top Team Awards and the Circle of Excellence award, putting them in the top 5% of San Diego Realtors.
“As a successful group of Realtors, we are excited to take our team to the next level using eXp’s cloud-based system that gives us greater freedom and economic incentives,” said Hebert. “We decided to join Jon Lahey’s group because of his in-depth mentoring and educational resources. We are excited to advance our expertise under the direction of Jon’s successful mentoring.”
Under Lahey’s leadership, The Fine Living Group at eXp has grown to 45 agents working coast to coast in California, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C, Georgia, and New York. His business model is centered on a 6-step system that utilizes a strong support team, influential marketing techniques, and Lahey’s own technology to give agents more time to focus on providing the best customer experience.
“Motivation and honesty are the foundation for my business, and I use it every day to empower my team so they can be successful in business and life,” said Lahey. “It is these attributes that have helped me build a successful team, so my agents can create lasting experiences for our clients.”
Born in Indonesia, Lahey moved to the U.S. as a child in 1990 and was inspired by his parents’ strong work ethic to achieve home ownership. He launched his real estate company in 2010 and is a best-selling author, experienced speaker, and Certified Proctor Coach who mentors every member on his team. He also holds a degree in technology from the University of Maryland.
Lahey moved The Fine Living Group to eXp’s cloud-based brokerage in 2021 to support his vision to expand his team nationwide and around the globe. The eXp brokerage has seen tremendous growth because it provides revenue sharing for agents, giving them incentive to earn additional income by attracting new agents and earning equity in eXp World Holdings, Inc. stock programs through listing and selling activities.
