Jon Lahey joined the global cloud-based brokerage and renamed his team The Fine Living Group at eXp as the first step towards realizing his vision of national expansion.

Lahey has an inspirational success story. Born in Indonesia, he moved to the U.S. in 1990 and witnessed his parents work three jobs a day to earn enough money to buy their first home. He earned at B.A. in Information Systems and Management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore but was inspired by the American dream of homeownership and joined the real estate industry. In 2010, he launched The Lahey Group, breaking $1 million in gross commission income (GCI) in just five years and he’s been growing the team ever since.
