Propel by MIPIM (formerly MIPIM Proptech) announced today that the 5th edition of Propel by MIPIM New York will take place in person during NYC Real Estate Tech Week from December 8th to the 9th at the Javits Center in Manhattan. The 2-day International Real Estate and Tech Conference and Expo is organized by MIPIM – the world’s leading property market – in partnership with the world’s leading PropTech venture capital firm MetaProp.
Since 2017, Propel by MIPIM New York has been connecting key commercial and residential real estate decision makers from all sectors with technology companies spearheading innovative products and services in planning, leasing, developing and investing. Through the conference, real estate developers and managers have first access to the innovations of the future that will allow them to take their businesses to the next level.
Propel by MIPIM and MetaProp also announce the return of New York Real Estate Tech Week from December 6 to 10. The week includes a full program of networking events, PropTech awards, and social gatherings to be held at venues across New York City.

The Expo will take place at the Javits Center River Pavilion, featuring 45,000 square feet of exhibition space, conferences and networking venues. Propel by MIPIM New York launched with the intent to “solidify New York’s place at the center of the PropTech ecosystem, while continuing to globalize the PropTech space”, according to Aaron Block, Managing Partner of co-organizer MetaProp.
For the 2021 edition, Propel by MIPIM introduces a new digital networking tool powered by MIPIM World 365 that will enhance participation by providing an online platform for delegates to connect, market services, and generate leads before, during, and after the event.
