Florida entrepreneur, Anthony Perera, who founded Air Pros USA and Inspected.com has been named an honoree in the 2021 South Florida Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards. The 2021 awards program recognizes 40 professionals under the age of 40 in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties for outstanding success in business and contributions to their communities.
At just 34 years old, Perera has created hundreds of jobs and contributed to the local economy by launching and growing two businesses in the last four years, while also being a good community partner.

Anthony Perera founded Air Pros USA in 2017 in Fort Lauderdale with a single truck and two people. Within four years, he grew the business to 250 trucks, 350 employees, and over 600,000 customers across 14 service locations in Florida, Texas, Colorado, Georgia, and Washington. He aspires to have an office within one hour of every major city in the next five years.
In 2020, Perera launched a virtual remote inspection program called Inspected.com to keep construction and renovation businesses going during the pandemic. The Inspected platform speeds the permitting process for municipalities, while also offering certified remote inspection services to private companies. A seasoned entrepreneur, Perera started his first company at age 19 when he launched Mud Life Magazine, followed by Extreme Media Group and the Cowboys Saloon Brand.
The Florida businessman built his companies on premise of integrity, reliability, and putting customers first. He believes in converting each customer into a loyal customer by following high standards of service, providing transparent pricing, and constantly innovating.
Perera is grateful to the community that supported his efforts and gives his time freely as a Board Member for the Broward County Boys and Girls Club. He also supports the Miami Dolphins Football Unites™ program and numerous nonprofits across Florida and every community where he has an office.
As a 40 Under 40 honoree, Perera joins the South Florida region’s most influential and accomplished young leaders. They celebrated their accomplishments at a special ceremony hosted by the South Florida Business Journal on Friday, July 30, 2021.
