Arch Companies is excited to announce that Karolina Bortko has joined the firm as Director of Human Resources. Based in New York, Bortko will strategically support the firm’s continued national growth and be instrumental in managing talent across the firm’s vertically integrated platform.
Bortko brings a wide range of human resource experience to Arch, including from her most recent role at Schroder Adveq Management, where she served as a human resources leader, providing a full range of departmental services for more than 300 employees. Her earlier career included time at a number of high caliber private equity and technology firms.
