Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division welcomes Brittany Amber to industry-leading multifamily capital markets team
Marcus & Millichap Inc. (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, has announced that Brittany Amber has joined the firm as an associate director on the Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) team. Amber will underwrite and execute multifamily as part of the Brian Eisendrath team. Eisendrath recently joined IPA as executive managing director as part of an acquisition of Eisendrath Finance Group Inc.
Amber is a financing professional with extensive experience in multifamily capital markets. Most recently, Amber was a production associate for a leading agency lender and was part of a team with annual origination volume of $2 billion. Amber managed and oversaw numerous transactions involving an expansive network of lenders, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. She also worked as a multifamily capital markets analyst at Newmark, where she conducted financial and market analysis on multifamily properties.
